| President-Villen mit grossem Pool diekt am See. Wunderbar erholsam und ruhig - von den ständig vorbeifahrenden Hausbooten abgesehen. Je nach Tageszeit ca. 3h Fahrzeit vom Flughafen COK (1700h). Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service.
Wir gehen sicher wieder hin! |

| The Zuri really has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Our bungalow had the WOW factor, the grounds were beautiful and the infinity pool just bliss.
Food ,staff and all amenities were first class.
After the hustle and bustle of Cochi ,the Zuri was an oasis of calm.
Definitely recommended. |

| The Zuri has beautiful grounds and a wonderful view of the Backwaters of Kerala. Our rooms were upgraded by the staff, and we were given villas with private swimming pools. The villas were very spacious and tastefully done. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very helpful and courteous, and catered to all our need. We celebrated our daughter's birthday at the Zuri, and they made it very special by baking her a cake and having the band sing a happy birthday song to her. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is traveling to Kumarakom. |

| The resort is very well maintained and has beautiful surrounding. Everything is very scenic and the resort spa named Maya spa is a big attraction. Overall a must visit if you go to kerela. |

| This hotel experience can be summarised as Great property a must see, poor management, Pathetic staff, horrible Travel desk.
When we reached rooms were not ready 1 hr. past official check in time. When we had to check out we were pestered 1 hr. before check out time. Service was poor. Staff apathetic to guest needs. Drink ordered was not served at all. Forced to take buffet as A la carte was discouraged by staff saying it will take 45 minutes to serve.For a 42 hrs car hire we were fleed with 4 day car rental claiming a 12 midnight cut off point. Driver was poor knowing only local language. He arrived 2 hrs late after much shouting and screeming spoiling our first morning on 2012.
Suggest one should stay at another place like Taj or Coconut Lagoon or Back water Ripples and visit this property for a lunch to just enjoy the property. Stay is just torturous. |

| we stayed in the cottage for 2 nights. it was a nice experience. the bathroom was spacious. the pool villas looked awesome. next time i might try the pool villas. food was fab. service was quick. this is a big property. u have golf carts as transfer vehicles within the resort. the maya spa is kickass, loved it.
this is a bit expensive resort
it is abt 2 hrs drive from kochi international airport. |
