Recent Kumarakom Lake Resort Review: "this is a great resort. everything about it just perfect - that explains the perfect score. i had just 2 grudges: 1. the view from the room was not great. i thought they could have worked out the hotel layout better in order to provide a view of the lake/ backwaters/ pool etc. although this is available in some rooms, the view from my room was completely  blocked by trees and other cottages close by 2. the price was a bit steep"

Overview
Located on the banks of Kerala’s Vembanad Lake, Kumarakom Lake Resort is situated on a spacious property surrounded by lush gardens. Kottayam city is 20 minutes away, and the nearest coastal beach is 30 minutes away by car.
